Evernote Certified Expert Program
Created and launched a new certification program based on intensive product training and high-touch communication. By providing a deep understanding of product knowledge, Experts are empowered to assist and train other users. Experts are also leveraged as thought leaders in the productivity space to drive more brand awareness and improved brand sentiment on social channels. Over 150 Experts contribute over 250 monthly UGC & over 2.5 million reach. – January 2022.

Improved the for ease of content discovery across many different channels by building a curated landing page to highlight current and relevant resources for a simplified user experience. By combining help articles, blogs, videos, product tips, and campaign highlights, users now have a one-stop shop to choose the content they wish to engage with. The resource page serves as a hub for more resources such as community groups, directory of certified Experts, affiliate programs, and more. – October 2021.
